You're talking about people who have spent 3~5k of their money (more if they always import stuff from US) and hundreds of hours of their time trying to satisfy their keyboard thirst. With so many affordable ones flooding into the hobby, the perceived value of their cool boards are dragged down, major keyboard companies that sell above RM400 boards (I don't wanna name the brands but I'm sure some reading this are aware who I am talking about) are closing their office in Malaysia and struggling to be relevant in the US due to lack of competitiveness. I sometimes feel bad for being part of the market disruptors but hey, for any field there's bound to be one crashing in sooner or later.  |

Figure it is a big gamble to buy at very last minute but after entering the Maybank TAC, I got greeted with "Your Payment Failed" screen but the order went through and it is under the "To Ship" tab.
So... it is something that I need to worry or not? I know Maybank will not sent another SMS that says "TQ for blablabla your use of VISA for RM XXX" when checkout from Shopee. Overall , shopee can't handle high volume traffic.
Shopee never loss of sales. Just wonder all voucher is just 10% discount, not like previous laz 29kw discount. So if they manage to cover up shipping+adv and balance the 10% , it will not lose. Those shake and coins are just an extend of 10%.Nothing much.But the volume is really high. Estimate over 1million purchase in 24 hours.So that's why everything went wrong on last minute where everyone came home and check at 10pm and all rush for sales. |

I had a bad experience with one seller at shopee. They ask me to add another payment with excuse that the price already increased now
. This is the msg i received from them. "This product price increased. New best price RM170. Do you want to add RM11 for this product or cancel refund?Sorry for any inconvenience caused". What should I do if I still want to proceed with the transaction without having to pay the extra charge. I bought the item during sale. Of course it will be cheaper. If they dont want to sell the item at that price, why they advertise it?  |

The buyer may extend the shopee guarantee only once if the item is not yet delivered to the buyer. After that, I believe the buyer can only request for return/refund. Meaning we are forced to cancel the transaction. That's why I think In term of customer service, I think lazada is much better. They really take good care of their customer. The way I see it, shopee does not really have buyer protection. Just a money back guarantee in case the item did not reach the buyer.

Some random observations from 9/9 sale.
Poslaju still FTW. Already 4 delivered DHL eCommerce slower than Poslaju. Somewhere in transit. Ordered 4 x Office 365 from Thundermatch. One is shipped from Cheras, the other from Penang. 2 more no update. Maybe they pack in same package? Mydin slow, still haven't post out yet. Shopee's Mart is the fastest to ship out expectedly. I was charged 1% by Standard Chartered CC (first time use) for cross border fee to Shopee Sg. It not happened to my HSBC & Maybank CC. Which other bank got charge also?

I managed to buy 3 PGC during the recent sale. Shipping was supposed to be free, but due to their system couldn't cope with the traffic I was unable to input the free shipping code and was charged RM4.75 for it.
Wonder if anyone encountered this same thing also? Now this Shopee refused to reimburse me. |

Saw the same seller few months back when I wanna the sandisk ultra dual usb. Saw many bad comments. The seller will close the sale n move to new one with same kind of sales. I bought the one from SanDisk official store. The official store got offer from time to time but not way below this price. Even u wanna buy original from China taobao, price is higher than Malaysia official store usually.

Anyone here have experience bought item from monodigital? Order my ssd since 9.9, but not getting response from them even though the seller already provide the tracking number. The item never been shipped out. Very frustrating.

Bought two times from them but in Lazada. Fast delivery may due to Lex courier. Poslaju too many Shopee items to deliver. Give them some time.

I having the exact same issue as you. Seller doesn't reply, doesn't ship, I paid on 4th Sept till now still no ship. Then I email to Shopee Customer Service and be a super unhappy customer. The CS will give the seller penalty point and refund back to you. Hope this helps. |

Btw Shopee overseas standard express shipping is amazingly fast. Ordered on 9.9 and received on 15/9. Some more it was free shipping

monodigital usually legit. but i think they overestimated 9.9 crazyness sales
some more so many public holidays. poslaju pun holiday + they are incompetent as usual = very slow delivery |

The updates don't show much on the app but the items do come in fast. Just be patient. guys, im looking to buy a micro sd card for my yi dash cam. it needs to be a class 10.
i need help choosing cause the prices seem really weird to me. first, most of the 32GB micro sd class 10 sandisk ultra sells for rm28 but there was 1 shop selling it for just rm16.50. seller rating was 4.5. but this seller also sells a 64GB version for rm17.50. but there is no description for this 64gb version in his product description. would i be an idiot for ordering the 32gb instead of the 64gb? second, there is a shop selling the 128GB sandisk ultra for rm49. seller rating 4.3. and another shop selling a 128GB sandisk ultra for RM33. seller rating 4.8. how to choose? is it as simple as just buying the cheapest one with good seller rating? |

As you may know, Shopee has a new shipping option, DHL eCommerce, for a few, but not all, sellers. I chose this for shipping for an order from BigBoxAsia:

anyone know why when i try to pay then get this msg "this promo code cannot be applied because of abnormal activities detected" ...this only happen when i want to click pay..the promo code can be applied in the beginning.

Had a long argument with Shopee CS but they say it's the way their system operates. Bought a phone case during 9.9 with cashback code. 2 days ago PM seller ask why never ship yet he simply reply "ONE WEEK". Since shopee stated he has to ship by 20th, I just wait.
Yesterday seller PM me ask me to cancel due to no stock. I refused and asked him to cancel instead but he said I must cancel in order to get refund. I want him to get penalized. If I don't hit cancel do I risk not getting/delaying refund? Last day for shopee guarantee is today (still can extend 3 days). Btw seller is chinaman (those with *.my in their names). Of 3 purchase this week on Shopee ,seems only one (1) are shipped. One purchase already cancelled, reason...Out of stock (only after me Shopee closed this purchase). Seller.....kungfuking.my Second purchase seems to be cancelled soon, reason.....seller inform me that his suplier damage item (!!), but seller still had 2 items in stock. i just got the PBB RM288 voucher and wanted to use on Shoppee website. After i added the voucher and selected items i wanted to buy, it just shown 'voucher not valid for this checkout'. I changed to other items redirected by the voucher code error message still cannot utilise the voucher.
I must say that Shoppee is really lousy, really a waste of time. I called their customer service and selected English, in the end still spoke to me in Malay. Already told the CS my hp number for verification still wanted to ask me what number i used to buy bla bla bla, plain stupid since i have already told her my number. I also don't understand why PBB wants to partner with such lousy website for their promotion. I just want to redeem a simple voucher also have to go through so much hassle. |

Unlike Lazada where a voucher is usable for almost everything.I must say that Shoppee is really lousy, really a waste of time. If I faced issue during payment with voucher code applied, normally how long does the code gets revalidated?

If seller sent wrong item and I proceed with refund, I have to bear the return shipping cost? It costs me RM 10.60 for fucks sake.

I received damaged item and the return shipping fee cost me RM40 plus.
Give them proof of receipt, within 1 week already transferred to my account. Only the refund amount is late which is only around RM30. |
