Maybe wait a day or two and let Shopee auto-cancel it.

Because I have 2 orders which was auto-cancelled by Shopee yesterday but one of them was picked up by Poslaju this morning. So not sure what's going to happen there.

Yes, they can detect if more than one account is logging in from a single device. Went through what you went through. Had a long argument with Shopee CS but they say it's the way their system operates. One CS even went as far as to say it was my fault for using too many Shopee accounts on one device.

Don't put ready stock if you don't have the stock la sohai, not even replying also, made me wait 1 week like stupid. After that I went to CS and scolded them for allowing such seller in their platform. Quickly refunded to me and promised to penalize the seller for me.

In the end gained nothing except penalizing the seller.

P.S.: How does the seller penalization system work?
