just to confirm, we can only use the free shipping once a day?

anyone know why when i try to pay then get this msg "this promo code cannot be applied because of abnormal activities detected" ...this only happen when i want to click pay..the promo code can be applied in the beginning. 

much better compare to Lazada. Cant use voucher when choose instalment.

Thought wanna buy milo on 11st using 50% voucher but in the end, still buy from shopee.

i just got the PBB RM288 voucher and wanted to use on Shoppee website.  After i added the voucher and selected items i wanted to buy, it just shown 'voucher not valid for this checkout'.  I changed to other items redirected by the voucher code error message still cannot utilise the voucher. 

I must say that Shoppee is really lousy, really a waste of time.  I called their customer service and selected English, in the end still spoke to me in Malay.  Already told the CS my hp number for verification still wanted to ask me what number i used to buy bla bla bla, plain stupid since i have already told her my number. 

I also don't understand why PBB wants to partner with such lousy website for their promotion.  I just want to redeem a simple voucher also have to go through so much hassle.

Possible scammer?

i'm buying a RM25 item. As usual, shopee charge me shipping fee of approx RM5. I apply a free shipping voucher. Shopee only deduct RM2. Why? I cancel the purchase and now it says I have reach the daily limit of using voucher. WTF

any good voucher for RM60 spend? DIGI10 doesn't work.

My bad, as I am in Peninsular. But I have noticed that most items that I bought would come as free shipping if I bought it from Laz, whereas I get charged if I buy it from Shopee. But relatively, for the same item, it is slightly cheaper in Shopee. So I guess the shipping charges is already factored in in Laz' prices.

Wow... I thought this was a Lazada only thing. Turns out, Watsons is shit in Shopee too... During 11.11, placed order for 4 items from Watsons and it got mysteriously canceled overnight and yet the product page (till date) is up for ordering. Contacted CS and they claim OOS.. They "assisted" and I waited for the cheaper price again 12.12 and replaced the same order then.. Till now, still stuck on "Processing".. Shit store.
