Dear all, i have bank shopee gift voucher. I intend to buy an Ipad air 4 but not availble in shopee(cellular type).

Anyway i can transfer this credit to laspada where i can buy at apple official store?

I have rm 500 gift voucher and just want to buy and replace my old ipad air 2. Since this voucher only allow to use for mall and prefered seller(Machine/Switch/Senq) but all of them out of stock. Only laspada got via Apple official Store.

That why i need a trick how to transfer credit by buying something in shopee(example laspada voucher sold at shopee but not prefered seller so cannot use the gift voucher).

1 ordered wrong item that ship from china , chat with seller and no response. Next day seller shipped out only response cant do anything

How to deal with this?

I installed 2 shopee apps in 1 phone with 2 different account.

Today need to buy a laptop ram and utilize my shopee coin.

The one have lots of coin the tech promo vouchar ended but the second apps with less coin still got the tech promo vouchar.

Ended just ordered that need to pay more with leas coin and entitle 3500 coin vouchar.

Something fishy about it...

Shipping fee to EM raised to RM 18 even only small item.

This item i put in my shopee cart since last year and and wait for best discount voucher to use & that time can total waive the shipping fee with shipping voucher.

When 1.1.22 sales, noticed that it raised to RM 18.00 minus RM 10 (shipping voucher) & still need to pay RM 8.00.

i seldom open my Lazada apps until the reason above i search and found the same shop, item but with different price & shipping fee.

Of course maybe not all raise their shipping fee but most in my current cart item most of the shop raised the fee.(always waiting for free shipping voucher only order)

Haha…chat already even why the item price different also cannot answer…finally i just order via lazada…case closed.

Still got lots of shopee coins to utilize to buy setel reload but seller still on vacation….dammm

Anyone order this?

from my purchased from 22Jun22, all order shipped by shopee express to Sabah and till today still not receive.
Worst i also don't know which courier service shopee using now..

Before this, all my order shipped either J&T or POSlaju and both of them done a very good job.

ABX, Ninjavan or DHL worst of among all.

What my main concern was 1 ordered an item on 22Jun22 and expected delivery was on 29Jun22.
On 29Jun22, i only saw it move from JHB to DDR sorting centre. so i extend the shopee guarantee period to 2Jul22 (3days from 30Jun22)
On 30Jun22, again my item pass to another courier for further sorting ?

and another notification from shopee stated that give 5 more days for them to deliver my order.

mean that it already pass the guarantee period by shopee and may release the payment to seller even my order delivery status still unknown.

Chat with shopee agent but only chat with bot with no answer given.

maybe on 2Jul22 i will press the refund button just to ensure my money didn't release to seller.

To extend guarantee (Guarantee receive)is just to extend the date of receiving the parcel usually extend another 3 days.
I encountered few times especially during MCO where estimate delivery date already past and shopee release payment to seller.
But when i chat with seller, they don't care cause they already done their part surrender the parcel to courier for next delivery.
I had to contact shopee and they deal with courier and delay, delay and delay....
Problem now was shopee seem changing their strategy on delivery service especially to E.M that cause more delay..

Damm, lucky i managed to clear my 3 account cart on 7/7 sales….

All accumulate coin will only use for setel reload only.

Will give my cr card a rest and may only use if shopee make a uturn…

If your item send via shopee express from Johor, expected more than 2 week to arrive at Sabah. Then it will to either J&T or ABX and depend the location of your address.

If from Selangor / Northern area, should be around 10 days.

If seller send via direct J&T/Poslaju, 5 days you shoud receive your item.
