I've made few purchases above RM60 but didn't even get to enjoy these cashback vouchers! Already fully redeemed when I found out! I just wonder if people r simply checking out Shopee every minute every second 😂

Ya I learned my lesson this time.. Who knows 700k milestones unlocked RM5 off with min RM40 purchase - what a joke! Anyways, still have some items saved in cart but unable to view right now 😅

Same here! Items I bought from a seller during Super 9.9 Sale had been canceled - they didn't even check with me! And wasted the code that I used!

How to tell the system auto cancelled? Or was it cancelled by seller? I've got one item which I had waited long after expected shipment date but seller never sent out! The system didn't auto cancel although I did receive notification telling me I'd request for refund (but there wasn't any refund button that I could locate cuz item was still in 'to ship' status). So I simply wonder how to tell or under what situation system would auto cancel..

I guess longer than certain period of time the order would be automatically canceled then. Your order placed on 30 Aug and till now more than 2 weeks. And u said seller was Watson? Wonder why it took for long for them to prepare your items! Ever messaged them to ask?

Seller sent me d wrong item so who bears the return shipping postage? No return slip available, correct me if I am wrong that I pay first and Shopee will reimburse me later.
