Same here, encountered the same prob once or twice. I think only can use 3 x shipping coupon.

Seems to be ok for last 2 hours but yes, a few minor hiccups. I encountered shipping vouchers not being applied and FPX not working, CC is fine.

Or do you mean the last few hours before 12am. Yeah, it was bad then. Growing pains.

That's right, one number can buy one Shopee voucher only. I have 12 Digi numbers.
One Shopee account can use multiple Digi vouchers. I've not hit a limit here. Others like 11street have limits. Last month it was 10, they change change every month so this month dunno yet.

RM35 and above full free shipping. RM20 above half free.

This time round, Shopee got new courier, DHL, but only one out of my 15 orders had DHL as an option. The seller is BigBox Asia, grocery stuff.

Should be glitch. Got screenshot? Each seller's shipping fee is calculated individually depending on whether it meets the min amount for half or full free shipping.

So far, I've had GDeX and Poslaju. You'll see the eventual local tracking number in Shopee once the seller has shipped the product.

Cannot. Can't be used on category vouchers among other things.

The most important for me:
Cannot use for PGC.
Cannot use for prepaid topup.

3 months ago can use for groceries. I use mainly for this. Then...
Last 2 months cannot use for groceries. Almost useless for me at this point.
This month groceries can use again.

Also Mall & Preferred sellers only. Standard for all Shopee vouchers.

Some random observations from 9/9 sale.

Poslaju still FTW. Already 4 delivered
DHL eCommerce slower than Poslaju. Somewhere in transit.
Ordered 4 x Office 365 from Thundermatch. One is shipped from Cheras, the other from Penang. 2 more no update. Maybe they pack in same package?
Mydin slow, still haven't post out yet.
Shopee's Mart is the fastest to ship out expectedly.

Fulfilled by Lazada also fast. Delivered by LEX.

Don't you have the Poslaju tracking number already? If you have, track at pos.com.my. Shopee's tracker very slow to update one.

I have 15 orders from Shopee, all already have tracking number. 14 Poslaju, 1 DHL. Of the 14, 4 delivered. DHL and 2 Poslaju now tracking, the rest not yet.

One non-9/9 order from China. Placed on 7/9, today 13/9 already picked up by Poslaju from ECBC. Very fast.

1 shipped from KL Sep 14, expecting to get it on Sep 18
Last one not shipped yet.

The last one, Office 365 Personal, is also the first order I made on 9/9. Later I realise Home price also dropped so bought those instead.

Conclusion
1. The first order will arrive last.
2. The further it is, the faster it'll arrive.

Ok for me. I asked them about the last Ofiice365 on the 13th and they replied the next day.

Monodigital also good. Not this round but I’ve bought a few things from them before. Quite fast to ship.

As you may know, Shopee has a new shipping option, DHL eCommerce, for a few, but not all, sellers. I chose this for shipping for an order from BigBoxAsia:
Ordered on 9/9
Processed on 10.9
"En Route" from 11/9 until today 17/9.

Choose Poslaju instead.

Email them and they will reinstate the code and the free shipping code if you used one.

Yeah, they can. Try to use different devices if available.

Maybe wait a day or two and let Shopee auto-cancel it.

Because I have 2 orders which was auto-cancelled by Shopee yesterday but one of them was picked up by Poslaju this morning. So not sure what's going to happen there.

One or 2 more days, see how.

Package is looking good. Already at Poslaju Parcel Hub.

RM10 Voucher and Free Shipping voucher already reinstated.

Today got this message: "We have credited RM98.00 to your credit card. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the payment to be reflected in your bank account."

But I think they can still cancel the refund.

LOL but cannot. Delivering to office so it'll be signed and stamped by reception. Just have to wait and see what happens. Package already out for delivery. Credit card refund not in yet.
