I managed to buy 3 PGC during the recent sale. Shipping was supposed to be free, but due to their system couldn't cope with the traffic I was unable to input the free shipping code and was charged RM4.75 for it.

Wonder if anyone encountered this same thing also? Now this Shopee refused to reimburse me.

Yes, Shopee Express. I did send them an email, but it took them 2 weeks to reply with some nonsense formatted reply. Also tried calling before i give up......no one will pick up the phone, if you can ever get through. In the end i hit the Return/Refund button.

Would like to ask the sifus here if sellers will fully bear the loses if an item is declared lost in transit?

Ordered something fm China but think my item kena sabo already (fm Msia side) and shopee is going to refund me. The thing is, the seller seems nice and responsive and will feel kind of bad if they kena penalised for no fault of theirs.

I hv the same experience. Click refund, then the item mysteriously arrived the nxt week. Contacted customer service and they told me to bank in to them and they will reimburse the seller. Now still thinking if to keep the item as i hv bought and received another one already.

My parcel was declared lost also (during MCO, common during that time and got refunded). Somehow, the item was delivered to me a few days later. I contacted customer svs and asked wht to with it. They asked me to pay for the item via bank transfer into their account, but I didnt want it anymore. Then they sent me some same formatted reply and I ignored them since they not interested to get back the item.

I tried to buy it at RM96.00 during the 5.5 sale and it didnt allow me to use the free shipping voucher despite using Shopeepay. I saw a msg that says I hv exceeded the number of purchase for this item.
