As you may know, Shopee has a new shipping option, DHL eCommerce, for a few, but not all, sellers. I chose this for shipping for an order from BigBoxAsia:

"En Route" from 11/9 until today 17/9.

my case, paid RM140 via credit card. but no record of purchase history at all at shopee.

Called bank, they said payment went through. ask me to liase with shopee back.

WTF!!!!

Those with payment issue (paid but no record in shopee) shopee is recommending to make new purchases in their fb.

A post in shopee with below (same issue I faced) :
"I've being charged and received confirmation SMS from Bank ! But the order does not exist ! WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?"

Shopee replied
"Sorry for the inconvenience with regards to the credit card payment.

Rest assured that if there were no orders made/found, the charged amount will be voided and auto reversed to your card within 7 to 14 working days (depending on bank's processing speed).

That being said, you would need to place a new checkout and make payment to confirm your purchase. Thank you and we hope this explains "

This. In the end, the price will increase. I rather they don't have those sales ambassador. They are already famous enough. Even lazada don't use Korea ambassador.

i check tracking number (at poslaju website) no record. Then this morning check again still no record. So seller still not pos it yet. Knnmcb. Chat again with seller they said tomorrow pos. Pfffttt

i tried to download the Shopee apps on my phone.. But it only offers me to download shopee singapore, not Msia version.. What could be the problem?
I tot I was in Singapore, therefore singapore version is offered.. But after I got back to Msia, still the same problem.. only Singapore version is offered to me..
