If SHOPEE SINGAPORE (SG), don't proceed;
If IPAY88-SHOPEE (KUALA LUMPUR MY), don't worry, it is using MY payment channel and no "cross border fee" will be charged by your CC issuer.

For Shopee, the voucher and coins should be reinstated after a few minutes if you don't complete the order.

No "Cross Border Fee" if IPAY88-SHOPEE KUALA LUMPUR MY.

You can't choose the payment gateway, auto-assign by Shopee. You will know it when you receive OTP, then you decide whether to proceed or cancel the payment transaction.
