seller must opt in to the free shipping programme, it is not automatically. else would be on shopee partial subsidy programme.

don't know. as seller no need to pay single sen on shipping, why not opt in shopee free poslaju program. Without this feature also shredding seller competitiveness on the platform.

ya, maybe they got their existing company account with poslaju/skynet whatever, whereby got service of delivery guy come to doorstep to collect stuff instead of self sending goods to courier centre - this model only works out if run your own web shop or platform that without providing group shipping benefits like 11st. But to compete on shopee, I don't think it is brilliant idea but would loose out to others.

in fact i believe one factor shopee so fast chop out 11st was because of this shipping factor.

it is not flash sale, their normal listing - seagate 2tb plus external hard disk at RM260.

before 11am already put in cart but then think to shake more coin then to buy

now they up it to RM299, RM299 - 25 discount even more expensive than their usual price RM260

shopee admin can check easily when HKL did price change and how much, there is no way cover up

but not on the day they offer special store voucher,

pls check shopee today voucher day thoroughly before u comment further
