I will go tmpoint and show someone able to get rm69 without upgrade after report to mcmc.But I don't know whether they will the rebate back.My bill will come next week.
Did you report about the rebate , RM57 is still our $ which being promise by them.It looks like they didn't even reduce the price at all.See those all the reply mention didn't get price cut.
My latest bill from 4 November 2019 not yet reflect the latest RM69 price yet. So I have to wait 4 December 2019 tp find out more. Because the report I made was last week ago after u tagged me here.
As for the name scheme, I have no idea, as I never bother the name as long the bill I paying is same as what their CEO/Annoucement promised. So shall wait next month, is a wait game, so please stay calm.
I pretty sure during the phone conversation, the TM PIC called me didn't mention of any price refund for the 3 month I have overpaid, I will make another complain again for sure next month.
If you have time, you can go TM Point, otherwise I suggest do everything via online by report at Live Chat / MCMC.

Actually, BS je, if got port, just force them upgrade it since is no contract. If they refuse, again MCMC it.
SNR and Attenuation is all qualify, why can't? Like you say, if disconnect a lot then baru reduce it, they just being lazy don't want to do so many paperwork aka report for customer.

No need formal, just write like normal people. As usual what you see I wrote here, mixed some bahasa and english also can. You treat MCMC like a middleman, ask MCMC to demand "insert your demand here" from TM company to do something for you.

What are you waiting for?
1. Make report via Unifi Live Chat, get the report reference number.
2. Make another report via MCMC, demand TM for price reduction and refund since Sept 2019.
