Streamyx limit the download speed from account login name right?
If someone using login account that can go for 4mb, but in the end still found out his spd is 2mb so there is also speed limit on their port?
Is that anyway for us to check our area can support up to 8mb or not?

You all get correct amount for latest bill?
My bill start on 28 of the month.
On August 28, the bill come with old amount, I email to them tell them 28-31 Aug is RM140 rate but 1 Sep to 27 Sep should be RM69 rate. They ask me wait for next month bill.

Now I received this 28 September bill. It show
Streamyx Home 4.0M RM140 26/09/2019 27/09/2019 -9.03
unifi Lite 26/09/2019 27/09/2019 4.45
unifi Lite 28/09/2019 27/10/2019 69.00
26 Sep to 27 Sep minus 9.03? suppose is 28-31 Aug which about RM18
Then 1 Sep to 27 Sep is about RM60.
Total bill for that month is RM82.68 (include sst)

But that month still RM148.40 (include sst)
Then this month should RM73.14 (include sst)
The latest bill should minus the last bill that I over pay which is 148.40-82.68=RM65.72
so it should be RM73.14-65.72=7.42
right?

See how they reply.
If cannot work, then I will ask you to tell me how to report to MCMC.
Gov say start from 1 Sep. TM still want to eat that month.
Eat so many year already with high fee low speed service, now 1 month still want to eat.

28 Aug to 31 Aug is RM140 rate =140/31*4=RM18
Then 1 Sep to 27 Sep should be RM69 rate =69/30*27=RM62.10
Total for that month is RM18+RM62.10=RM80.10 (not include sst yet)

Here some feedback for other that looking to solve the issue.
That day I wait for TM reply on my issue after I write the detail like above and attach Sep & Oct Bills to them.
They give me this reply:

"Please be informed that pro rate charge will be calculate based on migration date. As checking in our system , please note that your account has been migrate to unifi lite on 26th September 2019. Thus, the pro rate charge start on 26th until 27th September 2019. "

They really waste my time so final chance had given to them and they still don't want to adjust so I follow tampinmy advice direct go MCMC.

Then next day TM reply me with this.

"We refer to your complaint which was received through Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) dated 8 October 2019. Firstly, our appreciation for bringing this matter to our attention and sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

With regards to your issue regarding TM Account , we glad to inform that TM has processed an adjustment with amount of RM 63.90 for the September bill charges as per requested. The adjustment proposed shall be reflected in the next bill. "

Now I just want to ask is that means that Sep bill total is RM63.90 include sst? (Or they mean that the amount that I overpaid is RM63.90 on Sep month?) not the one that I state which is RM82.68? Then Nov bill will be RM73.14-(RM148.40-RM63.90=84.50)=-11.36?
Still need to deduction on Dec bill because Nov not enough for that.

I check the website, it show RM 0.57
I also don't know how they come out this amount.
If it is RM0.57 for this month, then ok lah. That rebate should near to what I overpaid last month.

Already 1 week, I asking tmnet about that amount is rebate or final amount, still no answer.
19 Oct is payment due date so now I should pay the old wrong amount which is RM68.30 or the one which I login unifi website at the right bottom which show the amount of RM0.57.

Eat us so many year with high price, now reduce to more acceptable price, they still want to eat ppl with 1 month.
I see some of you kena those stupid TV package. For me, they tell me my bill start from 28 Sep so migration also count on that date and don't want to give me RM69 rate for Sep 1 to 27.
After complain to MCMC, suddenly they accept that my rate from 1 Sep to 27 Sep should follow rate RM69.
Rebate back nearly RM70+-. If not go to mcmc, they gonna eat up this RM70 already.

As we can see, if they eat everyone about RM30-RM70 for September month, the final amount is quite large.

If system failure, it should fail to generate bill or the amount become RM0.00 because fail to calculate out.
System failure still can generate out RM99+6%. Then other company at here should follow this trend. How about bank also system failure then suddenly your fix deposit become RM2.6b. If that can happen, then I believe system failure can generate RM99+6% SST.
