Wait what? your package name is UniFi Lite 4Mbps? why can't 8Mbps? our area max should be 8Mbps. cannot be what. you and me was just like less than 500m away

Yeah, they like to sucks up your money like a boss. No complain = no bother. Still busy this few days, gonna head to TM Point get a report number, then MCMC it.

I already from 4Mbps free upgrade to 8Mbps since 2 years ago. free upgrade mean same price at 4Mbps but with 8Mbps speed back in 2017 (around December/January) iinm

Now I having the same scenario like most of us here. Still paying the same price of RM88 (some are RM89) at Sept and Oct 2019 instead of their promised lower price flat rate RM69 for everyone.

I see, didn't read the thread completely haha. since last month, I have been paying rm69+6% with unifi lite 4mbps.

There was a free upgrade to 8mbps until last month - where i asked for the upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps, what was weird is that you get 8mbps for years while I cannot. I asked unifi through live chat to ask regarding 8mbps coverage yesterday. Was told that I have to ask tmpoint to confirm and if I were to have the coverage, I can upgrade together with current price.

Definitely ridiculous tho, if there is no coverage haha
