My bill come without any chance.
I though suppose it is RM69 for this month?

I use firefox and also try in chrome (both PC)
The textbox is disable and I cannot type anything at there so I cannot chat with agent at there.

they would say ... this is bill for month of August .. not September ..

From TmPoint they told me any bill date left during August still calculate as rm160(or what you pay per month). Only after september bill rate will calculate as rm69

Eg.

My bill is rm150 and bill is on 19/8. So i will pay from 20/8 to 31/8 using rate rm150/month(31) = rm4.84 per day and september rm69/month(30) = rm2.3

My August left 12days x rm4.84 = rm58.04
My September bill at 18/9 is 18days x rm2.3 = rm41.40

Total will be rm99.44  without tax bill at 18/9
Starting at 18/10 my bill will be rm69

So basically here this is what TmPoint told me about the calculation rate.
