Tm is playing me for a fool. Promise upgrade 8mb so Sept is rm145. Upgrade failed Aug. I told them I don't mind stable 6mb they dunwan they downgrade back 4mb. Sept bill rm145. Sept 13 call told me I need pay rm69 and leftover will be adjust in oct. Oct came with rm150 complain issue not fix with mcmc/tm they claim is correct my new bill rm69 start end of Sept Wtf. Email reply they now claim is correct and call me someone else name and claim technician came over + tm ppl talked to me recently again Wtf. Nobody talked with me since 13 Sept. Mcmc is quiet after they try close my case and TM kept closing my case.

They forced us into private ip no longer public ip. I think cache issue? Check your router/modem see what ip is showing your connecting to and use Google what is my ip. If the 2 isn't the same it mens you like me now in private ip. Even YouTube lags.

At moment I can't go complain I am chasing them for my rm145 for Sept bill they still haven't settle for me despite open mcmc report
