I already from 4Mbps free upgrade to 8Mbps since 2 years ago. free upgrade mean same price at 4Mbps but with 8Mbps speed back in 2017 (around December/January) iinm

Now I having the same scenario like most of us here. Still paying the same price of RM88 (some are RM89) at Sept and Oct 2019 instead of their promised lower price flat rate RM69 for everyone.

TM is really mess up with so many kinds of price for many packages, Unifi TV and promotions. sweat.gif Why not properly set up a single price for each speed package and revise the package every two years if necessary for all new and existing users? People will select speed package according to their affordability or service availability at certain locations. Then it is fair if you want higher speed, please pay more. For promotion, TM always can offer free gift or cash voucher etc. instead mess up with macam macam offer price for macam macam packages.

Anyway, RM69 for Unifi Lite is good move by TM. Thanks for that.

That is the problem, they previously had so many promotion upgrade packages flying around...double up speed bla bla...at the end they could mot cope up and do it for everyone, pity TM customer service has to deal with all the shit complaints. If they market with single standard price for each speed properly, this kind upgrade or not issue not exist. If people want higher speed, they just change plan to pay more for higher speed, that is all, why TM create so much headache? sweat.gif
