Last month, I went to TM Point Damansara Uptown asked if my hometown's unifi lite able to upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps. Cause my neighbour (just beside me) using 8mbps package. TM staff said need to send technician to check everything first in my area then only know whether can upgrade to max speed, and it will upgrade at the end of the year if qualified. So in what way i can request or know the results rather than just wait? Else need to complain again on first business day in 2020, tiring with TM.
All Streamyx customers will be billed RM69, starting Sept 2019
