I remember some member said can request for technical to upgrade to 8MB even not support to test out.If too much disconnect only will reduce back to previous speed.Like allow test try.

I tried last year , some even said ,if terminate they will come a lot of excuse like add on and etc , next month bill will charge double , installing fee.Worst case said need to wait for months to get apply.

Normally , how do you write on your mcmc ? complain email letter and etc title ? formal ?
I walk in but never make report with Unifi Live chat.Did you open a report number on live chat ?
