I'm in the same situation as you.
So basically the only way to remove unifiTV is to make a MCMC report ? blink.gif

how long does it usually take to resolve?

iinm, TM are given 48-72hrs responding to complainer. if my memory serve me correct for the timing. usually less than 48hours responding to me.

Got call this morning , they say will remove unifi tv and change to RM 69 for next bill.
But check unifi online still have unifi tv and bill still the same.
If tomorrow still no changes, will make report again.
