Just call 100 and talk to the operator that you want to cancel the unify tv package (depend on your account type, just go through the terms).For me, i simply chat with the operator using the unify care web portal, asking to cancel the unify tv package, and they just confirm our account/identity, followed by another call later on the same day asking for another confirmation about the termination of unify tv.
Checked my account on the portal, seem the unify tv package is gone from the list of my subscription
