This Telekom Malaysia really need to get fk by customer gaogao. I made a complain last month why my price doesnt revert back to RM69/mth.
End up, it was the package issues, I force them to cancel the package UnifiTV from account via complain to SKMM(aka MCMC) Great. it was a success! Now new bill this month show me RM300 UnifiTV Penalty fee. Dam. gonna go complain again. |
