Jibby gave all existing users free upgrade double speed during 2017/16 iinm. Previously I was using 4MBps @ RM88, now same RM88 but with 8MBps speed.

Got such thing as need to upgrade and pay more then only can get cheaper price for next month ? what if they say upgrade cannot change ?

Now I having the same scenario like most of us here. Still paying the same price of RM88 (some are RM89) at Sept and Oct 2019 instead of their promised lower price flat rate RM69 for everyone.

Login online what. Unifi website and see your package name and details.

I already paid all until Oct. Gonna ask for rebate later, I did before last year.

Quick update about my plan above, for those who having same name as mine.

The TM CS told me (not sure is bluffing or what) the current plan I'm having:
1. Unable to remove Unifi TV / whatever pack in the plan because is bundle
2. Is either you terminate it and sub a new plan RM69.00

but question is new subsriber get RM69.00 also? My area no fibre, only copper line.

Still thinking should i go Unifi Air or not

just called me from TM, they agree to removed my UnifiTV or whatever combo pack. Dam, later she fast fast want to close me and cut off without allow me to talk more.

I want to complain my 3 months of bill since Sept are paying extra money! TM promised all customers will revert to RM69 no matter what package they are using starting Sept 2019.

I check my MCMC report case already mark as resolved.

I will go tmpoint and show someone able to get rm69 without upgrade after report to mcmc.But I don't know whether they will the rebate back.My bill will come next week.

Did you report about the rebate , RM57 is still our $ which being promise by them.It looks like they didn't even reduce the price at all.See those all the reply mention didn't get price cut.

My latest bill from 4 November 2019 not yet reflect the latest RM69 price yet. So I have to wait 4 December 2019 tp find out more. Because the report I made was last week ago after u tagged me here.

As for the name scheme, I have no idea, as I never bother the name as long the bill I paying is same as what their CEO/Annoucement promised. So shall wait next month, is a wait game, so please stay calm.

I pretty sure during the phone conversation, the TM PIC called me didn't mention of any price refund for the 3 month I have overpaid, I will make another complain again for sure next month.

If you have time, you can go TM Point, otherwise I suggest do everything via online by report at Live Chat / MCMC.

Actually, BS je, if got port, just force them upgrade it since is no contract. If they refuse, again MCMC it.
SNR and Attenuation is all qualify, why can't? Like you say, if disconnect a lot then baru reduce it, they just being lazy don't want to do so many paperwork aka report for customer.

No need formal, just write like normal people. As usual what you see I wrote here, mixed some bahasa and english also can. You treat MCMC like a middleman, ask MCMC to demand "insert your demand here" from TM company to do something for you.

Here is how I wrote in TLDR style, you do it as your own way also can.

This Telekom Malaysia really need to get fk by customer gaogao. I made a complain last month why my price doesnt revert back to RM69/mth.

End up, it was the package issues, I force them to cancel the package UnifiTV from account via complain to SKMM(aka MCMC)

Great. it was a success! Now new bill this month show me RM300 UnifiTV Penalty fee. Dam. gonna go complain again.
