Read the FAQ those upgrading to 100MBps needs to change CPE, so i guess gonna wait for installer to come in order to enjoy the new speed.

This is shit is stupid. They already announced they'll give the speed increase, but now people actually have to fill up a form to get it. Wtf?

A surprise is having a chance for 30 > 100 or 50 > 200 at same price and a grand prize of 1Gbps.

I think its already in their system. Probably put up this site to let people check their own if entitled or not.... and they probably got fed up of people asking about if the entitle for foc upgrade or not

it sounds like the surprise have validity. najib already said increase broadband speed, but crony TM state its temporary freebie only....


when the surprise ended, dont know the bill will increase or not....

There is a 2 year contract if reapply Advance30.

Most likely they will normalize. Current procedure is to increase speed for existing, then they can start offering new pricing for new registration to match those upgraded. This kind of control works but maybe 2018 is too quick for all this 2017 implementation to settle. Will be a chaos on their side later

this is utter BS - i signed up for 30mbps unifi in dec 2016, completed installation in jan 2017 when they extended the promo till 28th feb 2017

my friend had call up and ask them that it should be automatic upgrade the exisiting unifi and streamyx user, not for exisiting users to go website and click this and that. TM answer that they will random pick existing customers and upgrade, but the government say all existing users.

I think they take the installation date as the "signed up" date. They are most likely upgrading customers in batches, with those registering after 31 Dec getting the upgrade after 1 March.

I dont feel like clicking the the free upgrade button. My parents house is using VIP20 with OKU discount. Eligible for Advance 50 upgrade. When I clicked the "This is how you bill look like", I dont feel like committing. It showed the upgraded package charges with a discount. Will this discount be permanent? I really feel skeptical.

I also received this today. I'm skeptical that they will increase my monthly fee because VIP 5 package is no longer existed in their system.

Anyone know will they increase my monthly fee? Currently paying RM 149 (+ RM 8.96 GST)

I got my bill through email, it has PDF attachment. If you don't know your line number, you can try physically connect a phone to your unifi router and call your handphone. Or, go to online self service, logon there and there is the info.

In my bill, the service no is my unifi logon id, strange

mine still need wait for it. depending on my location.
