I am on Streamyx 4Mbps.
The surprise I get is webemobile Plan at RM79/month RM10 off from TM bill. What a load of rubbish offer from TM. They didn't even offer free upgrade to 8Mbps which my line is capable as I have confirmed with them some time ago. How to I make a complain to them to get the free 8Mbps upgrade ? Anyone with Streamyx 4Mbps got a free upgrade to 8Mbps with the surprise package? Thank You |

On TM live chat, this is what I get
"please be informed that Free upgrade is only for unifi user, streamyx user only get "Surprise" The surprise is webemobile plan. RM10 off from TM Bill. What a load of f..k rubbish from TM |
