Anyone else got the same msg?

I just accepted the rm10 offer to upgrade my 10 mbps (free upgrade from 5) - the TM rep promised only rm10 additiona and not other charges, no contract and modem + router gets 1 year warranty (they are old equipments which are out of warranty)
But off topic - when i connect to wifi, i can only get 15-18 mbps.. if use LAN cable then can get 30 mbps. Conned again.. so i need to buy my own equipments that can support 30 mbps?!
