last fridday i got unifi message.

Your Unifi plan has been updated. please turn off modem for 10 mins and switch it back on to complete the update. thank you.

upgraded to 50mbps.

tapi testing U/L dapat 15mbps sahaja.

upgraded to 50Mbps but always "logged out" and have to restart sometimes 3 times per night.. already changed modem 3 time.

also, the line is damn slow around 12 am until 7 am.

last night unifi went dead. did not noticed it.

this morning, switched off the wifi and put up data, hundreds whatsapp pouring in. apparently, people at the office was asking me for info.

Got upgraded. But everyday need to call them to refresh as service always down on daily basis.

What's the point?
