Well, so much for my suprise. I'm a VIP5 customer who got upgraded to VIP10 (no extra payment). I was hoping to find that I'd get upgraded to VIP30, but instead I got these crap surprises. The thing is, a few weeks ago before I knew about these so-called surprises, someone from TM called and asked if I wanted to upgrade to vip30 by paying RM10 more a month (my monthly bill is current about RM158). I refused, since I expected to be upgraded based on PM's announcement, and felt (and still feel) that TM was trying to make money on us again. But because they have so many promotions and packages, everyone seems to be on different packages and pricepoint. For me, RM158 for 10 is not worth it since I can get lower from other providers Sigh...why aren't you at my place, timedotcom!!.

Anyway, i'm seriously contemplating terminating my Unifi and going elsewhere. But wanna find out... for those of you who've been upgraded to vip30, what are you paying monthly?

Hi all Sifus, would like to ask am i eligible for this Thank you surprise (free speed upgrade) if I subscribe to Unifi 30mbps now (new subscriber)? As what i saw from TM website it has to be before 28 Feb. Thanks.

My sister receive a phonecall from 03-92127541 in regards to the above..together with the attached... We havent receive ours yet....suppose to be on the way...together with SMS

We are pretty disturb on this matter and would like someone to clarify on this matter...as the promo for 30Mbps - RM179 expires today.

My sister even called 100 on this matter...it seems they dont know about this matter...still make a report and suppose to come back to me during 7 working days.

What do you guys think? I honestly need advice

anyway, the above letter is not mine. the lady just whatsapp me the sample of those received it. Supposingly my letter is on the way....

anyway, i will just ignore it...until i receive black and white...and i already make a report on this matter via 100 and email. will see what is Telekom reply on this matter because the CS at 100 doesnt know about this matter.

I guess landed can get free upgrade without any problem. Mine stuck at 30 only. Ask CS why cannot upgrade, they said my infra cannot support    I just wonder is it true old copper line cannot upgrade to 50 line, or they just create excuse only. Sighhhh

I just got my upgrade from VIP5 to Unifi lite 10mbps. That said, my uplink is only 5mbps. Does this happen to everyone or only those whose upgrade was done after unifi lite 10mbps was launched?

Yup, nothing is wrong with the package itself. Just curious to ask if VIP5 is supposed to be upgraded to Unifi lite 10mbps. How about other users whose VIP5 was upgraded before the Unifi lite 10mbps was in place? Do you get VIP10 or other special package that created by TM?
