Later on 25 Jan, TM system crash and traffic jam due to whole TM subscriber check the eligible can free upgrade streamyx or not.

Or you might see the word "Server is busy, please try again".

Yes, my oneis 1Malaysia Streamyx 1Mbps with RM60+ exclude gst.

I just check from TM surprised. Their surprise to me is get Webe plan with RM 10 off discount for 12 months.

Again 12 months only?? That is not called surprise at all, that is called silly at all.

I think this one only applicable for Unifi customers.
For Streamyx, that's called "abandon" already.

TM won't care you using Streamyx...

I can predict on April more SUCKprise from TM especially for Streamyx subscriber...

My prediction from TM with ridiculous scenario:-

1) Free upgrade to higher speed of Streamyx with add-on cost RM 20 or more -
Ridiculous reason might feedback from TM: After you upgrade the higher speed of Streamyx, the speed still the same. Once you feedback again to TM, they will say currently port is full already. Then what is the reason you pay add-on cost RM20 or more?


2) Free upgrade to Unifi 30
Ridiculous reason might feedback from TM: Pay RM189/monthly (discount RM10/monthly within 12 months). After 12 months, pay RM199/monthly


3) Free hypptv for ALL Streamyx (Not upgrade the speed)
Ridiculous Surprise: This hypptv is "free" for first 3 months. After 3 months, it will automatic charge monthly for your hypptv. Thus, it is not consider "Free" hypptv at all.


4) Webe plan with discount RM10 only
Ridiculous Surprise with out of my prediction: This discount RM10 only valid for 1 year. After that, no more discount. Then what is the point I use your shit Webe??


So guy, what do you think / prediction on April TM Suckprise?

And Voice STD is your fixed line free call to all TM nationwide.

That is pretty cool you get RM149 for Unifi. TM streamyx 4mbps is rm140/monthly (exclude gst)

I also call TM to complain regarding my streamyx TQ campaign as currently still using 1mbps speed.

After complain to higher management, receive email Eligible to free upgrade to 2mbps with same of price RM68 (Legacy plan), but still pending of free upgrade to 2mbps until now.

It seems like I need to highlight this to MCMC again to get upgrade speed.

Otherwise, pay shit monthly macam kampung speed.
