Did anyone placed FD (3 mths n above) with Public via eFD as they offer additional 0.25% pa?

For those with unpleasant experience with the bank, I suggest you to at least direct proper feedback to them so that they can improve the service. Or else, they will never bother.

I place RM 30K on 17 Feb 2016 with General Investment Account-i (GIA-i)
i got interest banked in on 17 Mar 2016 for RM 95.08
that is not 4% right?
Also placed RM10K on 16TH feb 201 and got interest of
RM31.69 on 16 mar 2016. ....
What is effective interest rate?

For those who complained about bsn, I would like to share that I just found a branch at pertama complex. Took me 10min to find the branch in the complex. However, my withdrawal transaction took just 5 min.
There was only 1 other customer.
And I'm not sure it's with mentioning that the tellers are chatty, friendly.
