guys...trying to calculate interest earned for a period of time...does placement date and uplift date earn any interest? thanks

update: had to uplift my maybank General Investment Account-i (GIA-i), calculated its 4%... not bad!

Ya, it's the best 1-month FD for now if you don't mind the lack of principal guarantee feature.

hi guys, just went to bsn to put fd. 12 months 4.5% no more. now replace with 12 months 4.3%.. end up i put 60 months for 4.75%. but the staff doesn't know how the interest will be counted. so..

is it going to be credit into main account every year or is it going to be credit into your fd? anyone knows ? confused.gif

i temporary put MAYBANK GIA I 4% on monthly basis.

I hv FD due in 25 th this month.. also finding 4.5%.. but seem like now closes is 4.3% from BSN.
Guaranteed by GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA!!! haha.
