Thanks to all the compliment guys!
Wait a few more months then full body pic, now still got a lil man boobs, dealing with cutting now, wana bring down the bf% Its 15.8". Gonna maintain when it reaches 17"-18" =X Not really under Terry's personal training, but he is there all the time, whenever need some advice on workout, just walk to counter and ask him, friendly, fast, accurate advice lol! |

Bodyfat around 20+%. Nothing much to comment about since you just started off recently. All parts needs lot of work.

I want to ask few Q's regarding your cutting phase since u doing it now.. how u divide your weight training and cardio? like 3 days cardio, 3 days weight training, etc.. how bout your PWO meal during your cardio session? Did it same llike what u have for PWO meal after weight training? Hope u can share your experience/tips for cutting phase.. |

went to Ultimate Gym just now. nice gym, but unfortunately wont be able to train here regularly since im only in kl on weekend. meet the owner and i can say he is a very nice guy
