Thx Neek, actually my cutting phase has ended 4 months ago, still going on with my bulking phase but hardly pack on weight :S.

Theres still lots of work for my chest, there are kind of imbalance T.T

deadlift
chinup (max)
pullup (max)
chinup (max)
pullup (max)
DB row
Supinated (slightly narrower than shoulder width) lat pull down
MTS high row (Hammer Strength machine) Row

Hey man... Thanks. Been eating very consistently, packed up about 5-6 kilos in a little over a month, from 58/59kgs to 65/66kgs. Doubt it's all clean anyway due to Malaysian food.

Hey guys I noticed a problem with my back, I don't know why it looks a lot different from other people. And my middle and lower back doesn't seem to grow. I don't know whether its my bodyfat level, wrong way of posing, or I completely didn't hit the middle back at all. Any advice? Also need advice for my triceps. I've been doing CGBP and a lot of skullcrushers and tricep cable pushdown work, but doesn't seem to be growing, I need the size for when I strike a double bi pose. Comments appreciated thx.

Tricep? U gotta ask angrydog, his tricep is massive

but i just did skull crusher and v-bar tricep push down, they work pretty good on me and grow faster than my bicep >.>

can you post the pic of ur tricep?

@John: IMO, i think it all rolls down to muscle maturity. U need more time brother. it takes years for some to get the muscle maturity.

Only when the muscle matures, all the smaller parts of the back muscle will become apparent. this goes for other muscles too.

dun sweat it bro. you will be where u wanna be intime. given the super fast progress u've made already.. Keep it up. Nice work.
