now boring gile and the technogym bench is so short i have to practically move my ass to the seat to do flat bench press or db pullovers

oh and can anyone exlain the meaning of the plates on the cables at ff where the numbers are based on a sequeance of 2.5's (e.g. 5,7.5,10.5,12.5, etc etc) is it in stone ke ape?
i know i can do tricep rope pushdowns at a maximum of 110lbs but with that thing 17.5 felt like 110lbs...
whats that?
