Okay added two pictures. In sequence it is 0 months, 3 months, 6 and 6 months.
Am aware that I'm not the fastest grower! Bulking phase now.

Hey man... Thanks. Been eating very consistently, packed up about 5-6 kilos in a little over a month, from 58/59kgs to 65/66kgs. Doubt it's all clean anyway due to Malaysian food.

That happens to me too when I'm either deadlifting or squatting its quite obvious. Can't say about benching, can't really see but yeah it should be your abdominal muscles contracting to balance your body thus pushing your visceral organs.
