HEHE, my diarrhea stopped for a week! Ii think im gluten intolerant...Have been taking that quaker oats in the red container with gluten...stopped taking it and my diarrhea just disappeared! Noticed weight gain after stopping those oats...  Jun 16, 2006  Jul 12, 2010 This is how far I am now after 4 completed years of training...whats my next step? Cut? Continue what I'm doing?  Not sure if I got the triceps pose right...I'm just giving it a try ahhahaa. I've cut down my rice and carb intake to half bowl of rice for lunch and dinner, up the protein and I've been eating a lot of bananas...not sure if it helps either.
