Trial? Lol. I had a bad experience today. Decline benching. Bunch of f***ing trainers (6 of them, 4 guys 2 girls) laughing and chatting away at a section of the weight floor. Asked them for a spot. They looked at each other and said sorry we're having meeting.
Then one of the regular members saw my plight and offered to spot. He told me the reason why they ain't spotting is cos you ain't paying them. Bunch of twats. So i went to them again and said,"Hey about I train you guys want?" I charge cheaper than you all definitely".
Then it all went down from there.

No. Most personal trainers are crap unless they REALLY know their stuff. I don't want to be associated as one. I'm happy enough being a doctor.

The PT's at FF Asiajaya are so nice. I was close grip benching a lotta weight and this Malay guy helped spot me through everything.
It all went down when one of them asked who the hell I was coming in there and saying shit like this. I just said a lot of you have a lot more work to do on yourselves. The offer to train you is still open. Then i walked away.

when i work they just give us ricebox,oily and high carbs with gravy,but I have no chance to get my own healthy food while working.
I shrug with over 130 pound dumbbells, or 315 pounds for barbell shrugs and if anyone tells me not to use straps I'll show them the finger. Why let a weak link limit you? Here we go. Baby weight to me:-
You're bodybuilding, not powerlifting. Grip strength is a secondary concern, not a top priority. Why waste time training your grip when that time could be used to build overall more important muscles?

New diet bro. Now carb loading. My diet today was:- 2 large packs nasi lemak extra sambal 2 plates fried noodles and some sweet dumplings in red bean sauce now waiting for my extra large minced beef friend rice from my condo cafe to deliver tonight bak kut teh with extra fat pork and maybe maggi goreng before i sleep. LOL Culking! Thanks man. Wah boss. You already look damn good man. Lol. You're wide too.

It's not keto. It's not even CKD. If you use these terms we're not on the same diet. =P I'm very carb sensitive too. Even trying to manipulate the GI doesn't bear much fruit. Burp! The fat is utilized as an energy source instead of carbs. It's not keto! Lol... =P Just had 2 large bowls of rice and a large bowl of fatty bak kut teh pork. Slurp!
