ultimately its all up to you dude. its your body and you should treat it the way you want to. If you feel you're fat, fine; go do some cardio in addition to weightlifting. As long as you're leading a healthy lifestyle i dont see how its gonna do you bad. Some bb'ers make it a habit to jog 5 miles whenever they have access calories. (ref: scooby, i read it in his webbie).
as for myself, i have tried bulking up too. to the point im force feeding myself. Feel damn bloated the whole day. True, I gained mass, but with that a belly as well. So I included cardio 2 times a week + bball whenever I can make it, and it feels GREAT! Lost the tummy, gained stamina and better cut. I wouldn't mind bulking up slower, but I'm damned sure I want to enjoy the progress. and about the drama chill guys. sometimes to know your mistake and admitting it makes the man. what terry said made a good impression. There's so few of us. We shouldn't be making enemies here of all places. |

QUOTE(law1777 @ Aug 28 2010, 02:40 PM) i thought u dont even need to take a quiz or any form of scanning. u should know it by yourself.. if u r a hard gainer means u eat alot also still skinny then u r ecto.. if easily gain weight/fat then u are endo.. or u r naturally lean but your body is toned with revealing muscles so u r meso im sort of like in between a meso and endo then. but the thing is its HARD for me to gain weight. |

its basically doing a series of exercises at one go, eg if you're using dumbells you could maybe start off with lunges, go straight to db squats etc etc. basically not letting go of the weights while doing 4-5 exercises per set.
done it once, and hell it isnt easy. been meaning to do it again but just couldn't muster enough willpower to go thru it again haha. and fyi puking isn't good. its your body telling you something is wrong. imho, although its impressive you can push yourself to your limits like that for me its just stupid. the closest i got to puking was during deadlifts and squats. Felt nauseous so i just stopped and rested until the lightheaded feel went away |
