wildcat90 u got the results for mr selangor? cant seem to find it online..my cousin joined it..lol..hes going for mr kl too

EDIT: nvm..he just texted me..he got 4th place..junior below 21yrs >70kg category i think..not bad for a first timer

2 slices of large Hawaiian Domino's pizza

about the posing and competition thing u really need to seek advice from someone with experience aka "sifu"..thats what my cousin did la..and he won mr selangor..so the advice couldnt be all that bad.. tongue.gif

for example, better not be showing any facial hair or piercings during the comp to exude professionalism..

4) If you are a fish oil user, which is the best in Malaysia, how much is it, and where do you get it from?

wear a backpack and put books inside then pushup..

dips with the back pack on ur lap

floor flys with the dumbell for chest

floor press with dumbell

variations of the push up(diamond push up,wide stance push up,sliding push up)

many things u can do...but for sure after mayb a month u will lose motivation as its quite hard to be pumped up to work out at home with limite equipment

i have been cutting for the past 10days..so this is my 10day progress..made the finals of watson YOU awards(will canvass for votes later tongue.gif )

target date would be 25th june..i was well on my way to 100kg b4 this too.. sweat.gif
