And if u read up, depending on certain factors, there is only so much muscle mass u can put on within a certain period. the extras will become fats.

bodybuilding is a lifestyle. not a 20 day thing.

Thanks!! Shoulders happen to be my no.1 fav body part.
the usual stuff, lat raises, rear lat raises, shoulder press (variationos changes over time, but its usually dumbells)
recently added cable lateral raises as well.

no bro, not entering anything. cos i stopped training for a few months. So wanted to start again and felt i was carrying abit too much fat before going on a bulking session.

before cutting it was 31.5".
Its 28.5" now
total weight dropped 5kgs over 10 weeks.
in the past, i lost 5kgs in one month. but realised that i lost too much lean mass. so decided to take it really slowly this time.

Nope. only Tabata circuits. its sorta following the HIIT concept for boosting metabolism.
my regime while cutting so far was just full body work 3x/week. mon/wed/fri.
mainly just lifting for muscle maintenance, not really to get bigger. and on tues/thu/sat i do these tabata circuits.
but sometimes skip cos busy tongue.gif

no need to press buttons and wait for the damn thing to speed up. just sprint on those wheels and it'll go fast, slow down and it slows.

There used to be this chick that does 60kgs Deadlift in the gym i go to. she's very fit. and i think her weight is only around 45kgs.
she doesnt train in the same gym anymore. so now its mostly cardio bunnies.
