Decided to take up body building to bulk up on my physique. =) Start lifting for regularly for 2 weeks and I saw a difference in my arms and chest definition. Will update again in 1 month.

Haha.. I try to include as much protein as I can in my meals. I take Maximum Weight Gain daily, 3 times a day. I used to skinny as shit, ranging from 50-53. But I am now about 60-62 now.

The routine that I do are:
Killer Ab Workout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYQdLtam6xA)

Killer Home Chest Workout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQAh7m4xsMo)

Killer Arm Workout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UheCchftswc)

I also include shrugs and squats in my routine with a 45 minutes fast-jog warm up.

I think its because of fatigue? Lol... I read it somewhere in this forum. It says that after exercising regularly, we increase our strength but we are more fatigued. In that thread, the dude used jogging as an example.. Lets see if I can remember where I read it from.

Back from the dead, or rather from work and dancing. Anyway, here's an update on how I have been doing. I regularly worked out my muscles to increase size on my physique. However, due to advices from my dancing friends, bulking up TOO big is not good for dancing as it restricts the movement. So, I worked on heavy weights sparingly and focused more on light weights + high reps to increase muscle endurance.

This is me. (Taken earlier)

Hmm.. I do admit those guys are pretty flexible. Anyway, I will continue bulking and then I will do loads of stretching in order to maintain the flexibility I have. Cause from my own experience, my body feels tighter than it used to be. =)

Yeah.. Jason and Kelvin posted some good examples there. I referred to my friends last night about what they meant, apparently, building muscles does decrease your flexibility around the shoulder a bit. It's not very obvious in dances like hip hop but its noticeable in breakdance where the shoulders flexibility is vital.

However, the problem can be avoided with loads of stretching and even yoga. I guess that is the reason well built people can still dance well.

edit: spelling mistake
