yup, i'll change back my diet to a healthy low fat+oil+salt+no cold drinks smile.gif

but for the training part, should i just focus on cardio first till i shed few kg or,
do weights after cardio? (on da same session)

well, that's a diet alright. but are u sure this is the diet u should be stickin to, to achieve your goal?

if u really wanna loose weight, u need to go on a calorie deficit diet. all u need to cut is carb an increase the intake of protien. u can eat all the fat u want to and oil too.

now, this would be a better diet for ur case. sure see result 3 times faster..tongue.gif

Hmm... Need some advice here.. I posted what i've been eating before this. Now i change it again.

I was 88kg back in 2 weeks and now weight ard 83kg , 18.6 % BF

Supplement been using ;

i. Dymatize ISO 100
ii. Animal M-Stak

At

730 am : Protein + low fat milk
930 am : 6 eggs white, 2 yolks and plate of fried bee hoon (Sometimes only egg, bee hoon is only the day too hungry)
1230 pm : 5 eggs white, 3 piece of wholemeal bread with tuna
: 5 eggs white, 3 piece of wholemeal bread with peanut butter
: 5 eggs white only (sometimes don't have much to prepare but most of the time is 5 egg white)
430 pm : 2 piece of wholemeal bread or IKO seeded cracker
800pm : Protein + low fat milk (before going to gym)
1030pm : 5 egg white + protein + low fat milk

On top is for weekdays. As for dinner, if i have the free time to do some shopping, i'll have low fat yogurt and yogurt drink plus tuna sandwich

As for weekend,
Breakfast : 5 eggs + (Protein + an apple + an orange + banana)---> blend
Lunch : 2 piece of chicken breast + veggie (homemade)
Dinner : Fish fillet + veggie (homemade)

I took rice only at weekend maybe twice a week in a small portion.

Snack : almond, cashew, fruits

Trying to eat as clean as possible.

Will this be good enough??

Or still a very bad diet plan?

Kindly guide.

Thanks in advance.

The largest I can wear without risking the pants to slip down is 29.
And even 28 is quite loose.
