Hi All,

I'm not BIG and my goal is definitely not to be BIG...rather I wan to be lean and toned...

I started my diet in Late Dec'09/Jan'10 and by May'10, i lost 21kg to a new me.

i started weights training in April'10.
when i started, i really didn't hv much info and base my routine on info that i got from here n there...

i'm happy with my progress, of course, i still need more time n effort

My Motivation?
My family...i jus wanna be there for them

i wanna keep track of myself and hopefully see more progress in another couple mths' time...missing abs...lol...
i nvr had them even when i was a sprinter in my sec sch yr's(more than 10yrs ago) which is when i would consider myself to be at my fitness best during tat time....

kudos

need to lookin into urself(or is it myself) and think abt wat went wrong,...dieting habits etc...

for me, it's too much fast food and supper...so a diet change is necessary.

create a calorie deflicit...i took a nutrition soya milk shake(will not name the brand) to replace 2 meals daily, with only 1 normal meal during lunch...

QUOTE(mizivincible @ Apr 27 2011, 01:37 PM)
Hello guys, the proper way of deadlifting is to leave the weight on the floor after each rep then lift it back or hanging on the air ? I went thru some articles and stuffs in internet, it was supposed to be done in former way. How about all of u ?

Thanks in advance.

i tried both method...i prefer to put it back on the ground, a quick adjust on my grip then go again...

nice, 215 lbs...i'm only doing 70kg excludin the straight bar weight...nice work
