Hmm... Need some advice here.. I posted what i've been eating before this. Now i change it again.
I was 88kg back in 2 weeks and now weight ard 83kg , 18.6 % BF
Supplement been using ;
i. Dymatize ISO 100 ii. Animal M-Stak
At
730 am : Protein + low fat milk 930 am : 6 eggs white, 2 yolks and plate of fried bee hoon (Sometimes only egg, bee hoon is only the day too hungry) 1230 pm : 5 eggs white, 3 piece of wholemeal bread with tuna : 5 eggs white, 3 piece of wholemeal bread with peanut butter : 5 eggs white only (sometimes don't have much to prepare but most of the time is 5 egg white) 430 pm : 2 piece of wholemeal bread or IKO seeded cracker 800pm : Protein + low fat milk (before going to gym) 1030pm : 5 egg white + protein + low fat milk
On top is for weekdays. As for dinner, if i have the free time to do some shopping, i'll have low fat yogurt and yogurt drink plus tuna sandwich
As for weekend, Breakfast : 5 eggs + (Protein + an apple + an orange + banana)---> blend Lunch : 2 piece of chicken breast + veggie (homemade) Dinner : Fish fillet + veggie (homemade)
I took rice only at weekend maybe twice a week in a small portion.
Snack : almond, cashew, fruits
Trying to eat as clean as possible.
Will this be good enough?? Or still a very bad diet plan?
Kindly guide.
Thanks in advance.

QUOTE(zaxxshoxx @ Oct 25 2010, 03:48 PM) anyone using any complex training? mind sharing your experience? I've been doing it for few weeks as a replacement for cardio. I do it 3 times a week. Still, i work on treadmill 2 times a week :-) well, for me, it is a really good workout.. I not sure whether that exercise i do is similar to urs. I saw a video from some site and said thats a complex work out. there are 6 exercise and i don't know whats the name for all of it >.<" (sorry being noob) i just know deadlift, frontsquat, backsquat and shoulder press and two more is for back. (correct me if im wrong) trying to complete as fast as possible. rest time 1.5 minutes the 3rd set im already out of breath but still manage to complete the whole thing. I use handphone timer to check the time he3.. cheers.. Mind to share how urs???

I've started gyming last year June. so i guess roughly 10 months.
I usually did pull up for warm up. 15, 12,10,8 reps.. even not a back day...
my back day program i follow the one shown in dorian yates video in youtube..
1st warm up: pull up 2nd : pullover 3rd : db row 4rd : lat pull down but with the close grip "item" the one with V 5th : seated back row but with the wide grip as for the lat pull down 6th : t-bar row 7th : deadlift
I guess this is the one im doing currently. I don't know how to train my back, no upper back no lower back >.<"
