When I said alternative exercises for biceps I meant any other exercise than barbell curl. =)

Anything else. Db curl, etc, so many. Bb curls are a monster builder but doesn't work for me cos I got small arms.

On a note I'm now curling the 60 pound db's for 8 reps. =P

Anyone has a website that details a list of exercises that can be done with plates? The websites I normally go to only shows exercises with dumbbells, barbells and smith machines but not plates. Forgive my lack of imagination.

oic...thks for the info bro...m too heavy that i can't even do 1 complete hanging leg dips...LOL

so guys, can we say that
beginner = proper/strict form to gain strength ?
advance = good form to gain size ?
with strength, we can go heavier with higher reps, is it ?

preacher curl with correct form tears ur bicep apart.
somehow i feel preachers have more connection to the muscle compared to other alternatives.
21's is another killer exercise too. try doing with a weight that u cannot complete more than 20 reps.

Too little bro~ not enough

I take around 7-10 eggs consist of 3-4 full eggs and 3-5 whites only per day and that is too little also~

Ken86 takes around 20 if not mistaken per day

Darklight takes 30++ per day

If u are afraid of getting fat or cholesterol, take lesser yolk and more whites. 1 Egg has around 5-6g of protein if not mistaken, so u count for urself how many u want to eat a day.

Natural and solid food always comes first, supplements are supplements after all, the name itself is self-explained. Fix your daily diet with taking more natural food with protein then only take supplement when u are super busy or consuming not enough protein.

Lets say 1L of milk costs Rm4.50, gives 34g of protein/L, so 1g of protein would cost Rm0.13.
1 egg costs Rm0.30, gives 6g of protein, so 1g would be RM0.05
ON whey costs RM180 for 2.2kg, so 1g of protein would be RM0.08

That's just some simple calculations. IMO whey isn't THAT expensive considered the convenience it provides.

On a per unit level, yes. But if you're consuming some 150 g of supplemental protein in addition to meals, this still works out to a difference of 100-200 RM per month.
