no bro, not entering anything. cos i stopped training for a few months. So wanted to start again and felt i was carrying abit too much fat before going on a bulking session.
what are the 7 comp poses?

If I'm not mistaken, front double bi, side chest, side tricep, back double bi, back lat spread, front lat spread and abdominal and thighs.

The Smith machine is like my savior. Ever since I started squatting with it, I don't have any extra pain (not more than the normal amount of pain, anyway) in my lower back the next couple of days. And it hits my quads so much better.

QUOTE(darklight79 @ May 13 2010, 09:37 PM)
92kg is good bro. Keep the reps higer.
*
I was feeling good today, so I decided to jack up the weight a bit. That was on my 4th set, I think. Usually keep in the 8-12 rep range.

I'll try and get a video one of these days so I can get some form checks.

Good. Keep the gains coming. You're still young and have tons of potential.

On a note a Smith shoulder pressed 225lbs x 10 today. Got
bored of dumbbells. A LYN member stood behind me in case I
started screaming for help. He's a nice guy doing Madcow 5x5 with pretty impressive poundages. I
think he wanted to remain anonymous but thanks for just
now whoever you were brother.

Nice definition, Dan. Really nice! And well balanced too.

Thanks guys, apreciate it, really.

One question though, aside from size and mass in general, which parts should I put some extra work in to improve?

@darkie: Hoo, nice press. thumbup.gif
@angrydog: Lookin' good, yourself! Heh.

Here are my comparison photos. On the left is me on 6th May this yr and on the right, 30th May. As of 30th May, I'm 3 weeks out from Mr Kuala Lumpur 2010, where I'll be joining the junior under-70kg category.

Your back is definitely your strongest point. And you've gotta get a lot more work in to bring out your chest and abs more. As they say, you're only as strong as your weakest link. My two cents.

But anyway, best of luck for Mr KL, man.

You could try opting for a weight gainer, just to get the extra calories in.

Lol... this is confusing..
lets put it this way.. should my diet on NON workout days be the SAME as workout days?
Lets say i will have protein shake after workout, must i have protein shake even on non workout days?
*
What matters is you get enough calories and protein for growth and recovery, along with other nutrients of course.
