bro... some ppl just doesnt have time to do so.
of coz, if can, we would like to eat beef steaks and chicken grilled all day long.
but sometimes, u just dont get it that simple. =.=
thats why protein shakes come in handy. of coz its a supplement and we know that.
arent u tired of eating 30 eggs a day? u will vomit at the end of it

again it depend on your time la. if you got plenty of time to cook or prepare foods then ok la. then if ppl like me workong hour x tetap, it kinda hard.

Natural and solid food always comes first, supplements are supplements after all, the name itself is self-explained. Fix your daily diet with taking more natural food with protein then only take supplement when u are super busy or consuming not enough protein.

Hardboil egg is easy to remove the yolk from the white

But lately i've been cooking it scramble way with little oil.

Crack the eggs and pour out the whites. Well I dont know how to explain, try it and u will know, u will master it when u cook like 7-10 eggs per day tongue.gif

nope just crack the shell and usually will push the THUMB into the shell to separate the shell into 2 part to pour out the yolk and white. But if want to separate the yolk, when u open to separate the shell, do not open too wide until the yolk come out, let the white leak out first and adjust it urself. LOL dam, bad explanation and i dont even know what i write =X

anyone who knows maybe can help me explain better tongue.gif

anyone tried this before?.. boiled eggs ( 4-5 whites and 1 yolk ) + mayonis with salad veggies.. tea break snack. hehe

Hi guys, need some inputs regarding my new diet for cutting.

Breakfast - 5 eggs whites, oats, milk, whey protein, multivitamin and fish oil
PreWo - Scivation Xtend
PostWo - Protein banana milkshake
Lunch - Tuna, red beans and fish oil
Dinner - Chicken breast, broccoli and fish oil

Should I add in anything before I went to bed?

Is there any improvement that can be done? Thanks in advance.

I scramble my eggs, 5-7 whites, 3 yolks then mix with mayonnaise (i know its fattening and bad but sometimes i just gonna reward myself a little, gonna stop taking mayonnaise) and with some cucumber (i love cucumber) for supper tongue.gif

fish oil? i took blackmore one. and i think there's differ in some product. like this got double strength

I'm taking Blackmores Fish Oil 1000. I think most of them are the same.

Make sure you include some healthy fats in your diet.

It's important.

How much is it? and how many capsule? Need to calculate first, kinda out of budget tongue.gif

I hate to eat fish, so I think I might need to get some fish oil as supplement~

Cannot remember how much already but I think it's kinda cheap.

Got 30, 90 and 120 capsules to choose if I'm not mistaken.
