this thread is about training progress pictures rite. in my oppinion, the latest pic that angrydog had posted isnt very good in this thread. we all say must eat clean especially no oily no fried no transfat food. but these food are really 'dirty' for builders. very very bad being a role model for most of us here. of coz u have your freedom to eat anything but just dont... post it here i think?

anyway just my oppinion as a trainee

Anyone has a website that details a list of exercises that can be done with plates? The websites I normally go to only shows exercises with dumbbells, barbells and smith machines but not plates. Forgive my lack of imagination.

My friend bought it off me, I didn't like their flavours as well. Went back to ON Double Chocolate 2lbs. When I have the moolah, I'd buy 10 lbs bag instead.

I just went back to ON Whey. Bought a 10lber off GNC during my mom's bday. We both bought RM2300 worth of supps but thanks to the 35% discount it got reduced to RM1600. Supps are expensive as hell here.

BTW, is it alright to store the protein in the kitchen? There's no direct sunlight but you know how hot it can be in Malaysia. I thought of putting whey in my bedroom (airconditioned and sunlight free) but I'm scared ants may come crawling its way to my room.
