Yeah I know them,was there too.

Btw what do you guys take for pain,am in pain everywhere,not enough recovery time coupled with some intermittent allergies.

for pain more sleep usually helps. when i was on creatine there was also a huge reduction of pain

There's 2 ways to achieve that:

(1)Quick way(Eat anything and eat more-Dirty bulk)
(2)Slow (Eat more meat and fish-Clean bulk)

Eat clean and eat more,simple rules.

Workout also matters.
