Now you see the light. Solid diet in place first, then consider supps. Or supps to replace solid foods when you absolutely have no time to prepare them. Forget about slow release shit. It's the total number of cals a day which matters. Eggs/chicken and rice/a can of tuna/etc prebedtime. If your diet was crappy throughout the whole day, eating tons at night won't make up for it.

owh now i know... poached egg. just like mcd's one. *after asking mr google* but again still hard to isolate white part. the yoke still in liquid form. salah step. boom. have to eat all i guess tongue.gif

dah lama tak sentuh my whey (only take it pre or post workout...so lama gile for it to finish)
but i dont like eggs cuz no feel
i'd take tuna/fish or chicken anyday

hmm,so i guess my startegy by taking tanddori breast chicken is good la ah?sometimes i change i take 2 biji of ayam kampung..hehe..hmm,but hing is my love handles, when wake up don't have la..but through out the day..aiyo..especially if i drink a lot of liquid..it expand like i nvr workout before..:/
