Heh. dah lama tak sentuh my whey (only take it pre or post workout...so lama gile for it to finish) but i dont like eggs cuz no feel i'd take tuna/fish or chicken anyday and vitamins like opti men (replaced animal pak) hahahaha |

hmm,so i guess my startegy by taking tanddori breast chicken is good la ah?sometimes i change i take 2 biji of ayam kampung..hehe..hmm,but hing is my love handles, when wake up don't have la..but through out the day..aiyo..especially if i drink a lot of liquid..it expand like i nvr workout before..:/
