more testo doesnt mean more muscle nor more sex drive
most testos decrease sex drive - popular stuff like deca, boldenone, testosterone with esthers are all synthetic testosterone and shun the production of natural testosterone thus decreasing our sex drive (and overdosage shrinks the testes dudes)

btw
guys im having problems with timing my diet
let's say my workout (cardio or weights are done at night) is around 7pm or 8pm and probably habis 10 or 11pm
when should i have dinner?
after workout or pre workout?
cuz makan awal sangat = kenyang = bad for workout
makan too late = heavy late night snacks = fat = mati

and is it bad for me if i go to the gym twice a day
e.g. afternoon - cardio (aim 500-1000kcal burn)
nite - weights

i used to have the similar prob with you... in the end i just have both pre workout and after workout dinner, of course... the dinner portion is splitted to halfs and eaten 1-1.5hrs before working out... at least for me i wont feel guilty eating too much, its the same amount, just that it is splitted to consume 2 times

U can split ur session. But swap it around, do weight first then cardio.

U seems like staying in the gym for quite long buddy, but anyway may be u need to list out ur diet plan, u can adjust from there.


e.g.

8am - breakfast
12pm - lunch
3pm - mid lunch
6pm - dinner
7pm--HIT the gym
10pm - Postworkout meal
11pm tido.

i dun understand the idea of losing BF to achieve 6pack..

if i im 60kg wid a 29inch waist...i have to lose fat to get 6pak ryte..

then wudnt it look too skinny...then if i bulk up,doesnt it stil mean i have 2 lose until like 26-27inch waist?...advice

well i think there are 2 types of 6 packs, one is if u r 60kg and very low BF and probably ur 6packs might b visible. the other one is u can gain more muscle and gain even bigger 6 packs. so even if u bulk up, doesnt mean u r gaining fats only, u can also gain muscle mass (from training), therefore generating bigger 6 packs. Losing fats and not generating muscle will make ur body look uneven.

been training for 5 months, started out at 50kg, gain 10kg after 3 months, and started plateau ever since. Stopped comsuming supplements (ON whey) after the first 3 months. Well i did not train my legs, maybe thats the reason i started to plateau.
I dont train my legs because im afraid it might stunt my growth, but the muscle imbalance is too hard to ignore. My upper body is larger than my lower body, so I started adding Squat into my routine this week and see how it goes. Well yesterday is the first day I squat and I can merely squat 30kg 5x5, thanks to my chicken legs. My quad gets freaking sore today.

i mean they bench huge but leg press less than half of bodyweight
malu la
i cant bench more than my bweight but i calf raise with smith arnd 200kg laugh.gif

different ppl have different goal kua..
i saw one big guy at celebrity sunway with fking huge upper body but i never see him train legs
And he always wear long pant maybe to cover his chicken leg =.= ( coz u can actually see how small is it)

while u use your test jacked up, although its synthetic your sex drive will still jacked up. The stuff that stays long in the body like deca, increasing the risk of tests shrinkage and infertility, yes, without proper PCT.

There is some really bad reasoning in gtoforce's post.

And there is altogether far more (misinformed) opinion than experience on tongkat ali use on this forum. I happen to actually take it, unlike most here who talk about it passionately without ever having come close to it. It is the shit. Immediate effect, and at the dosage I take it lasts for the better part of the day. Can't live without it now, especially not after heavy deadlifts.
