how to get over sore muscles? any good way in terms of dieting , rather than using yokoyoko? i hate the smell of yoko yoko

hey guys, does working out increase ur T-hormone?

After 3 weeks of daily workout, my moustache are growing faster than ever ( i'm a chinese and i dont have much facial hair type) , and also i will have hard-on easier and more frequently.

1) Squat 75kg 5x5 ( I dont know how heavy the bar is, so i assume the bar is 5kg)
2) Dead lift 90kg 2x5
3) Bench Press 55kg 3x5
4) Crunch 5x10

The gym was too empty and kinda sien there, so i went back.

Bro, opposite the fancy gym there's a OHM gym, RM5 per entry, its pretty decent inside. Not so fancy though wink.gif

as i mentioned before, what if you know your BF% = 17.53212312% , will you do anything any different ?. You need a sound nutrition plan and training routine not worrying bout the exact figures of your BF% cause no matter what the numbers are, you have a long way more to go buddy.
