hey guys, does working out increase ur T-hormone?
After 3 weeks of daily workout, my moustache are growing faster than ever ( i'm a chinese and i dont have much facial hair type) , and also i will have hard-on easier and more frequently. |

Back from the fancy gym
Air-conditioned good Sound system Fancy lighting Wait am i describing a gym or a disco? Added on November 18, 2009, 5:14 pmAnyway this is what i did today 1) Squat 75kg 5x5 ( I dont know how heavy the bar is, so i assume the bar is 5kg) 2) Dead lift 90kg 2x5 3) Bench Press 55kg 3x5 4) Crunch 5x10 The gym was too empty and kinda sien there, so i went back.
